There isn’t always an easy answer when it comes to pet food. I agree – don’t follow popular trends – those can be expensive and unnecessary. I think the important thing to do is find a good quality food that agrees w/ your pet (and vice versa) and then stick with it. Grain free is probably more important in cats because they are true carnivores.
