ASPCAs Cruelty Intervention Advocacy program administers Partners in Caring Grants which provide grants to financially disadvantaged pet owners for emergency veterinary care in times of crisis. At this time the ASPCA has support available for New York City pet owners that have been directly impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
